What You Need to Know

First Visit and Financial Options

On your first visit to our Calgary NE dental office, we recommend you show up 20 minutes early to complete a short new patient form. For your convenience, you can access the form online prior to your appointment. The information you provide helps us get to know your dental and medical history, ensuring your experience is safe and personalized. If you are taking any medications that might interfere with treatments, we will adjust our treatments accordingly to avoid any possible negative interactions with certain processes.

We help ensure your dental treatments are affordable by directly billing your insurance provider or working with you to set up a convenient payment plan. Questions about coverage and fees can be addressed at your initial appointment or by contacting our office with any questions you may have.

Are you looking for more information regarding specific treatments or just want to find out more about dentistry? Check out our blog pages (link to blog page) for related topics and more detailed information.

All your information is kept private and only used as per our confidentiality agreement.

Frequently Asked Dental Questions

What do I do if I am experiencing extreme dental pain?

Call us and come into our office as soon as possible, even if you do not have an appointment and we will take care of you. Dental emergencies can cause further complications, so it is important to treat them before they get worse.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Your time is valuable, and we want to ensure there is enough time for the treatment required. Please show up on time or let us know if you are running late. Kindly call us in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. We can always reschedule.

Just in case it slipped your mind, we will call you, send an e-mail, or send a text reminder of your upcoming appointment.

How early should I arrive before my dentist appointment?

Showing up for your appointment about 5 minutes early is respectful of our time and yours. If possible, we will take you early, but can’t guarantee this as each patient’s requirements differ taking less or more time than anticipated.
